Mysterious Vigilantes: Phantom Thieves

Akira is prosecuted for a crime he didn't do it. As a punishment, the government sends him to study at U.A where he would be surrounded by heroes to keep an eye on him. While there he meets other outsiders and they all agree to join him in this mysterious quest through a mysterious world and be the saviors that the pro heroes forget to help, under the name Phantom Thieves.
