When Buggy set out to become the King of Pirates, he hadn't expected his conquest to be quite this easy. Even less, he certainly hadn't expected some long-nosed marine greenhorn to follow him the whole way through. To Usopp, if capturing Buggy('s heart) meant chasing him all the way to Raftel, so be it.
