The BAU must act fast when a rapid acting bio-weapon is sent to the local PD in a non-descript envelope. A case of suspected terrorism takes a dangerous turn when the local PD starts dropping one by one, with un-diagnosable symptoms, and a team of military doctors completely stumped.
