Somewhere Only We Can Go

It's several years after the war and Severus Snape is in a loving relationship with Remus Lupin. Unable to cope with the pain Remus goes through during the full moon, Severus sets out to modify the Wolfsbane potion, allowing the person transforming to form a mental safe haven with their mate until the moon wanes.
