A new branch of Team Rocket, one seperated from the offical organization, begun experimentations on pokemon, in pursuit of conquest. Using powerful elements, beyond this world, they create pokemon with crazy and powerful abilties. However this awakens a powerful force, one that yearns for the extinction of humanity, so that pokemon may be free from their leash. Can it be stopped?
