Time Woes with a Pinch of Frogs

A coincidental visit to the town from a foreigner lets Anne learn about the presence of a new face that appeared far from Wartwood. Pushed by the prospect of a new lead, she convinces the Plantars to go with her to meet the stranger, but perhaps there is more to the mysterious 'kid with the hat' than what they might expect from her.
