Naruto bet Sasuke he couldn't get a girlfriend to help him revive his clan, Sasuke bets Naruto he couldn't get a girlfriend because of his dense nature. The loser would of have to give up his dream of his either killing a brother or give up his dream of being Hokage there could be only one winner for this bet.
