Summary
Luigi is the brother of the king of the Mushroom Kingdom, Mario. Every couple of years they invite representatives of all the regions of the Smashlands to compete in a fighting tournament. This being the fifth year they have hosted the ceremony and event, the brother is anxious to make it the best it can be. Things seem to be boiling under the seems though.
