Who are you, Hermione Granger?

It's such a strange thing to carry as a child growing up- that she'd been declared a missing person and assumed dead until she was miraculously found on a seaside shore- but it was even stranger to be invited into a world of magic and learn that she was a witch. Hermione was glad to finally have at least some answers, and thought that nothing else could be stranger... right?
