Command & Conquer Resistance

The Allies have been defeated. What remains is now a world ruled by the Soviets and Japanese alliance with small pockets of allied resistance. The Allies Commander is in prison when he gets busted out. What will happen to the commander? and will he be able to liberate the free world from the Soviets and Japanese
