Project #60 w/ The Blue Time Ranger and my 100th overall. Summer is winding down, but a new water park has opened up in Santa Monica. It has gotten mixed reviews, but things go from bad to worse when Frankie Dude has returned to put a damper on everyone's last few minutes of summertime. Can the spies stop Frankie Dude and save everyone's summertime from ending the wrong way?
