Rigby and his friend Micheal, who both dropped out of high school, live with each other in New York, Rigby has a job and Micheal goes to college, but when Micheal get's an amazing opportunity, he drags himself and Rigby to Twin Peaks to pursue both of their futures, while they're there, they meet some familiar faces and some new ones two.
