Left Alone at the hands of Wrath

Timing...what a funny word, with it you can rule the world, without it your life can be ruined. Four of the Five Titans lacked it and suddenly the weakest found himself guarding the city alone. What repercussions could these actions have had on the green jester and the city. I'm calling this a dead fic, however, it's being redone under "Father of all Monsters" please check it out.
