Changes Come in the Spring

Changes come in the spring, or do they? Holy Roman Empire visits one of the school's World History Class every spring to listen to the class discuss his empire. Every year, he hopes for change in their thoughts. However, it seems that their opinion may never change at all about the poor little Empire, breaking not only his little heart but the older Prussian's too.
