Beginning directly after the end of the movie Beaches, The 12th of Never follows the trials and tribulations of actress, singer and Broadway star extraordinaire, Cee Cee Bloom as she navigates the pitfalls stardom and motherhood. After her best friend dies, Cee Cee is responsible for the woman's daughter, Victoria, and must juggle her own hectic life while raising a child.
