Summary
In one timeline, wizards and witches were persecuted for their magic, and were forced into hiding. In another time line, people embraced magic, allowing wizards and witches to use their gifts without fear of retribution. Fast forward to the 1990's and almost everyone can use magic, and significant advances have been made. Everything seems alright, but how long will that last?
