Summary
In an attempt to unbalance England's magical society, the goblins of Gringotts devised a most evil plot. By raising muggleborns, the most hated denizens of the magical community, to the highest possible station: that of the head of an important magical house. How? By fabricating claims to formerly extinct, excessively wealthy magical families. The result? Not what they expected.
