Following the defeat of Tartar. Tartar finally got enough time to finish his project: an android male Octoling code-named "Android 8". Tartar takes over the android and goes to Inkopolis. His idea was to destroy Inkopolis from inside the city so no one would know who it really was. But after an Inkling and an Octoling become friends with Tartar, maybe Inkopolis wasn't that bad...
