Hitherto wand holders have constantly made up for themselves false conceptions about non-wand holders, about what they are and what they ought to be. Let us liberate them from their creations; let us revolt against their conceptions. Magic might no longer be might, but wand still is. The only hope we have is change. May this statement raise uproar!
