Marriage Law Fic: The Ministry of Magic has passed a law requiring all males of legal age and older (up to 90) become engaged and married by certain dates. Sirius Black is one of those males and both he and Dumbledore turn to one elf-woman to snatch both Black and Harry Potter out of the clutches of the Ministry once and for all.
