Renata used the products of her industry to take over Piltover. She didn't do it with one big hit, Instead she did it slowly. Convincing people to join her or forcing them to, that is how one rules over Piltover without causing a mess. Now with control of the council and the undercity she is the most powerful person in Piltover and Zaun. How do you stop someone like that?
