Summary
Not too long after the events of Conglomeration, people with the power to use Constructs of light are causing trouble for the world. Oblivious to this, the World Grand Prix is still on. But somewhere deep inside the world of business, someone is disturbing the souls of humans and monsters alike by abusing fusion bonds. "Dark-tainted light...Can never pierce pure darkness."
