Life in District Thirteen isn't easy, and life outside it isn't any better at the moment. As a war rages on above ground Madge Undersee has to learn her new place in the world and just who she is if she isn't the mayor's daughter. Is she going to be part of the fight for a new Panem, or fade into the background like she always has?
