Three hundred years have passed since the human race abandoned their dying planet. Ever since that day, Syaoran, a hyper-intelligent automaton, has carried out his prime directive: to restore Earth to its former health. But when he makes contact with the first human he's encountered in centuries, their meeting raises questions about the real reason Syaoran was left behind.
