Luna, Queen of Azkaban

Fudge wanted scapegoats for the DoM incident, and he picked the Ministry 6. Now they're stuck in Azkaban instead of the Death Eaters. The dementors are gone, but things seem bleak... until Luna reveals she's smuggled in a wand. And she seems to be slowly taking control of the island for the DA. Oops.
