Prince Vegeta, destined to be the next great king of the Saiyan race was weakened severely during his time in his development pod through means of sabotage. He was exiled from the throne and used as bait to test the loyalty of colonel Paragus. Yet despite the fourth prince's weakness, he has access to knowledge no Saiyan should know of.
