Sparks the Raichu works at the guild in Radiant City, known as the Rescue Society. The job of its members is to help out wherever help is needed. When one day, Sparks comes across a small, terrified homeless Buizel. His name is Ziggy and he's had a very rough life. Sparks wants to help, but the odds are not in his favour. Ziggy is a shiny Pokémon...or, as others call them, "Freaks"
