A Necromancer in New Vegas

Commissioned by KingJucio. After a ritual gone awry, a necromancer exiled from the College of Winterhold ends up in a strange new world. Everyone speaks a strange language, no one is wearing armor and they all seem to have access to strange weapons he's never even heard of. If he wants to survive, it'll take a little ingenuity, and a lot of magic.
