Set at the end of Season 6B. At the edge of the universe, a disaster is brewing on a planet most have forgotten. Still in the service of the Celestial Intervention Agency, the Doctor is called in for what he assumes is a routine mission. However, he soon discovers that the stakes are much higher than he previously thought...for himself and for fabric of Time.
