In a world were all forms of perversion have been eliminated by government officials, along with a surveillance system designed for assisting law enforcement in keep tabs on anyone who would dare violate the iron-clad rule, two individuals with different ideologies band together to rebel against the law: a foul-mouthed, dirty joke spewing radical and a cynical grey-hat hacker.
