Spiritual Quirk

Izuku Midoriya has been heavily discriminated against for a lack of a quirk so after being attacked by a slime villain, rescued then put down by All Might for his dream of being a hero. Izuku was distraught until he made contact with his quirk, a quirk born from his spiritual soul. Now the boy has been granted a chance to become the hero that he believes he can be. (Fem Todoroki)
