Sequel to We Are the Men in Black. Takes place in the year after Pandora's coup failed, Shinichi regained his teenage body, Shiho returned to the MiB, Akai joined as the new FBI liaison, and Rum took over as the new Chief. It's a time of great changes, reforged friendships, new bonds, and familial reunions.
