Summary
This story picks up where S8E11 left off. Chapters 1 - 6 are a rewrite of the S8 finale. All other chapters are a vision for S9. Elizabeth has finally realized where her true heart lies and overcomes her fears. She and Nathan embark on the adventure of building their lives together, while some changes come to Hope Valley.
