Summary
This is a crossover. The Baggs have been kidnapped and Courage knows that the people of Night Vale are in danger of the same vague yet menacing government agency that captured his family. He and Cecil will try to drive out this particularly evil government agency. Cecil/Carlos and rated T. Please let me know if I kept people in character I'm very concerned about that.
