Summary
He may have gotten Elsa's blessing, but there is one group of people he has yet to do so. Kristoff and Elsa now face the council together to decide Kristoff and Anna's future. (Mainly because I couldn't handle a fic where the council simply said no cause let's be real, my babies belong together forever.)
