It's a pretty famous story; a certain information broker frames a certain bartender in a crime, and the latter loses his job. It's fairly uncommon to come by an 'Ikebukurian' who hasn't heard this story...if such a person really exists. It's about time someone told the story of the second time this same thing happened.
