Summary
After the war, Minister Shacklebolt enacts the Concubine act to make sure the Wizarding Britain can survive in the future. According to the act every fertile man must sire atleast ten children in the next 25 years. Now, Harry Potter must find himself some concubines to father some children as Ginny had decided she won't destroy her Quidditch Career by getting pregnant.
