Topanga accepts her promotion, moving her family to London. New friends teach Riley kickboxing and encourage her photography. Riley returns to New York and war erupts between Rilaya when she asks the committee be disbanded. Art show outbursts divide cliques between the girls, with both girls turning peers against the other.
