Careful what you wish for

People often wish for things, and do so in many forms. Like praying a for a brilliant daughter, or Crying for their grandhcild to show just a smidgen of magic, or perhaps for your child to survive something tragic. Some even sacrifice others for a chance at gold, or perhaps to please some absent god... well careful what you wish for, you might just get it.
