Digimon: War of Hope

AU - there is a war between human and Digimon that's lasting for over 10 years since. Yet one boy who got hope who can ending the war, when he's somehow reunited from his lost memory. Yet he stumble upon a group called Resistance, so that they can stop the war, so that peace will restore from both human and Digimon. Can a boy stop ending the war? Or its game over for him?
