The Lycoris Hunter

In a world where crime doesn't exist in Japan anymore due to an organization which turns orphans into living weapons called Lycoris, because of them they where all able to stop evil, but that all chang when a Monster of Absolute Evil arrives to there world and begins conducting evil just like what he did on his world.
