Summary
(AU From the show) Follows the plot of 'Annie'. In the second dimension, Dictator Doofenshmirtz needs to do a kind act to counteract the awful things he's done. Otherwise his image is jeopardized and he could be overthrown. So he arranges for little orphan, Phineas, to spend Christmas in his building with him and his servants. He never knew little Phineas could change his heart.
