Izuku: I Am Speed!

Izuku lost his mother when a powerful villain with super speed attacks, he is taking in by Naomasa. 12 yeas later Izuku is struck by a bolt lighting putting him a coma and when he wakes up he finds out that he has abilities same to the man that killed his mother. Now Izuku works master his speed and find the man that killed his mother as the Flash.
