Marrying a Malfoy

Due to a decrease in the population of Wizards and Witches after the War the Ministry of Magic have decided to take action. Every Witch or Wizard from the ages of 17 to 23 has to be married to and have a child a with someone whom they deem appropriate. At Hogwarts the means of choice will be the Sorting Hat. D/Hr
