Summary
A sudden winter storm has struck Gotham...in July. And now it is up to the Dark Knight to get to the bottom of this mysterious icy dilemma. A one-shot of mine. Currently unable to decide whether I should continue or leave it as is. Please review and let me know if you think this story has potential, I do have some ideas on how to continue.
