Lucifugus is Governor of Underworld appointed by Lucifero himself and years of scribing in his law book took a toll on his mental health. He is now lost and only thing he does is writing in this damn book, but as he writes he starts to open up to his Pen, tell him the stories of old that he remembers or at least he thinks he remembers.
