adopted from Reaver's shadow's Illusory Fox Dragon. Issei is the main protagonist from PMD Explorers of the sky, takes place after the restoration of the Temporal tower. Issei is returned to his original world by Dialga to prevent him from being erased by the alternation of the future. he still has all his Pokemon powers but without his memory in human form.
