Inspired by both the fic "Sunshine" by mikemun, and one sequence from The Legend Of Zelda: Majora's Mask. Approximately 8 years before the events of the WarioWare games, a desperate 5-Volt couldn't get her young son 9-Volt to sleep, and she asked her working husband, 4-Volt, for some advice.
