Blackmailed

Jim has decided to go for full custody of his daughter. When Barbara learns of this she decides that instead of running away, with her daughter, she's going to stay, and fight. So, when she presents evidence, on Jim, of a past crime she gives him two options. He can either sign over his parental rights, or he can marry her. What will he choose? R&R
