Another Hero Academia: Out of Time

My head… it's been full of fog since I can remember, and for some reason, superhuman powers, which everyone calls "Quirks", feel like a foreign concept to me even though everyone has them. Not only that, but whenever I close my eyes, or when I dream, I see things that don't make sense. Impossible things that defy all logic. And was my hair always this color? [SI & AU]
